Low Risk. OSI’s process for developing a new project usually starts with running a pilot in what we call the project development stage. This pilot would be on a small scale allowing us a chance to digest the many variables that the work might contain while also allowing our clients to make a commitment to training and knowledge transfer. Because of the small scale of this development stage, both parties’ risk is significantly limited while at the same time allowing both parties to build a solid foundation upon which to scale the project to a larger size BEFORE committing significant resources.
