Outsourcing Solutions, Inc (OSI) started in 1998 and will have completed nine years of operations by December, 2007. From a very humble beginning, with the idea of doing basic data entry and book formatting, we have evolved into a highly specialized service oriented company that can meet our clients’ most demanding needs.

OSI has found its niche in developing a unique client service business model based on five years of experience in the outsourcing field. We have spent this time listening to our clients and understanding their needs. The solution that has evolved over this time period has enabled us to grow into a very stable highly motivated team of professionals with an enviable track record

OSI is located in Cebu City, Philippines, which has been voted as one of the most livable cities in Asia giving OSI some real advantages. Cebu is the second largest city in the Philippines providing all the benefits of the largest city, Manila, without the drawbacks of traffic, crime, and pollution often associated with large Asian cities. A large number of Universities provide a well-educated population that is culturally compatible and particularly suited to perform work for American clients. Cebu is directly accessible via Hong Kong and is a pleasant and safe environment for American clients to visit and interact with their team whenever required.

The Organization

OSI starts with experienced management who endeavor to understand our clients’ needs from their own perspective. To this end we provide American management on site at all times to ensure that communication is of the highest quality not only in the technical sense, but also to make sure that nothing is lost in the cultural gap that is a reality in the outsourcing world. Our clients sleep well at night despite the fact that their work is being done half way around the world.
